1. What happens after I submit my enquiry?
Our destination specialists review your preferred dates, group size, and interests. We then craft a tailored itinerary draft with transparent pricing and hotel choices, sent to your email or WhatsApp within 2–4 hours.
2. Can I adjust or customize the itinerary?
Yes, completely! You can modify every aspect — add days, swap destinations, upgrade from Economy to Deluxe hotels, or add specific activities like houseboat day cruises, martial arts shows, or tea plantation walks.
3. How do payments and reservations work?
Once you are 100% satisfied with the itinerary and quote, a small token advance secures your vehicle, driver, and hotel bookings. The remaining amount is payable upon arrival in Kerala or before trip commencement.
4. Is a dedicated driver and vehicle included?
Yes. All our packages include a private, well-maintained air-conditioned car (Sedan, Innova Crysta, or Tempo Traveller) with a professional, verified chauffeur who stays with you throughout your journey.
