1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

A tour booking is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed advance deposit. The balance amount is payable as outlined in your personalized booking voucher (typically prior to or upon arrival in Kerala).

2. Inclusions & Exclusions

Every tour package quotation clearly specifies included services: accommodation category, meal plans, private dedicated air-conditioned vehicle with driver allowances, tolls, and parking. Personal expenses, optional activity entry tickets, and gratuities are excluded unless specifically stated.

3. Itinerary Alterations

While we make every effort to follow the agreed schedule, unforeseen weather conditions, road closures, or government regulations in the Western Ghats or backwaters may necessitate minor itinerary adjustments. Our team will coordinate with you to ensure equal or superior alternatives.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations received 15 days or more prior to arrival are eligible for refunds minus applicable hotel non-refundable retention charges and administrative fees. Detailed cancellation terms will be attached to your customized booking confirmation.
